1) Can I return a product?


Answer:  Unfortunately since all of our items are personalized and therefore not created until an order has been placed, we can not accept returns. Please make sure to check your items in the Personalization Editor or on the cart details page before placing an order.


Certainly if the error occurred on our end, we will of course do whatever possible to remedy the issue.


2) How long does it take for a product to ship once an order is placed?


Answer:  Typically orders ship within 2 working days of being placed. Our goal is to ship orders the next business day, however,during certain holidays, it can take 2-3 days to get shipped out. We  stock all of our products, however, if for some reason we run out of a product and it will be longer than normal to ship your item, we will call or e-mail you right away and let you know.


3) Your prices seem lower than prices I have seen at other retailers is the quality still good?


Answer:  We take great pride in our quality. We source a lot of our products from the USA, but also from all over the globe, so that allows us to find high quality products at affordable prices.  


Additionally, our state-of-the-art personalization editor allows you to actually produce the item, and in doing that, reduces the total amount of time we spend on each item since you are the one creating it. Our system was custom built to allow for ease of use but also to reduce the amount of time we need to produce an item so that we can provide our services in a timely manner.


4) Is the personalization editor easy to use?


Answer:  The number one requirement when we started out was to build a personalization editor that is super easy to use! People who do not have a lot of computer or graphic experience can easily use it. It offers many great features all of which are clearly marked and very easy to use. 5) Where you do ship your products from?


Answer:  All of our products ship from our facility in Bellaire, TX which is a suburb of Houston, TX.  All of our orders are printed in-house, so we can get them out our doors quicker, as well as control the quality of the products.


6) Do you ship Internationally:


Answer:  At this time we only ship within the USA, but we hope to introduce International Shipping in the future.
